TradeWorX is hiring a hands-on Field Service / Fabrication Lead in Eighty Four, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced mechanical, fabrication, or field installation professional who can lead shop production, support custom system builds, assist with field installs, and help keep work moving on schedule.

Pay & Overtime:
$32.00–$36.00/hour based on experience and interview. Overtime may be available based on workload, project needs, and installation schedules.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday schedule. 40-hour work weeks. Most work is performed in-house, with travel required for field installations as needed.
Job Duties:
- Lead and perform hands-on fabrication, mechanical assembly, fitting, and installation work
- Perform structural fitting, weld-related work, PVC pipe fitting, and system assembly
- Install motors, instrumentation, wiring, and related components
- Read fabrication drawings, wiring schematics, and control panel drawings
- Perform pressure testing, quality checks, and production troubleshooting
- Coordinate shop progress, review incoming materials, and help maintain production schedules
Requirements:
- Experience in fabrication, mechanical assembly, field service, millwright, pipefitting, welding, or industrial installation work
- Ability to work independently and provide hands-on technical leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production or installation issues
- Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Basic Microsoft Office and Outlook competency
- Willingness to travel for installation work as needed
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR review

- Hands-on lead who is comfortable working in both shop and field environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude with fabrication, fitting, assembly, and installation experience
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to keep projects moving without constant supervision
- Comfortable working on custom systems where problem-solving is part of the job
