Scope and Responsibilities: Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. • Reviews each machine acknowledgement, identifies open ER’s, accessories, and expedites as required • Research’s power, air and all other technical aspects of each machine to be installed and prepares preinstall customer checklist and associated documents • Organizes customer pre- installation meeting and ensures resulting action list is completed by all stakeholders • Distributes preinstall checklist and obtains customer confirmation & sign back. • Tracks machine & option completion and any department 9 deliverables • Coordinates with KY Traffic, customer, freight company, rigger, service team leader & applications • The ability to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and adhere to our service management principles. • Utilizes excellent call center / customer relationship skillset. • Proactively determines the need for specialty tools, lifting equipment, personnel lifts etc. and ensures these items are available when Field Service Technicians arrive on site • In some regions this position may be combined with other roles such as Technology Center facilities administrator Education/Certification: • 2 Year Technical Degree or equivalent experience is a plus Skills: • Project Management / high activity scheduling experience • Customer relations experience • Ability to multitask • Excellent communication skills EEO, including disability/vets |
