The Field Service Lightning Technical Lead/ Senior Developer should be able to help drive the FSL implementation being done by TCS.
He/she should help build solutions on Salesforce that fully leverage standard out-of-the-box functionality as well as custom solutions where appropriate with the goal of keeping the platform as standard and scalable as possible.
He/she should have excellent understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and development.
He/she should also possess strong communication and influence skills to discuss, interact and collaborate with both technical team members and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance for FSL implementations and/or customizations including systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lightning development Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to junior developers Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation Provide technical leadership, guidance and co-ordination for development, integration, data management, and application testing. Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions. Working with customers to analyze and resolve Salesforce and FSL product related issues/requirements Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment Design and develop solutions that best leverage the Salesforce FSL features to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and customer goals Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives. Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of FSL implementation.
Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year
