The Opportunity

We are seeking a Field Service Maintenance Coordinator to manage service schedules, coordinate maintenance activities, and support field service teams in delivering timely and effective solutions for our clients. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, clear communication between teams, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you will do?

  • Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for field service technicians.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service appointments, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor service requests, assign work orders, and track job progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment history, and parts usage.
  • Support field technicians with logistics, documentation, and resource planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and service protocols.
  • Assist in preparing reports on service performance, costs, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, parts, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, field service support, or related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems, scheduling tools, or ERP software.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • OSHA 10 or comparable safety certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data center operations, maintenance, or field service environments preferred.
