Piper Companies is looking for an Field Service Manager to join a business networking company in Glen Burnie, MD. This is a direct hire position where the client is looking to move quickly!

Essential Duties of the Field Service Manager:

  • Lead, coach, and develop service technicians, supervisors, and support staff
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Oversee daily service operations and ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Support field engineers in their efforts to install and maintain systems including but not limited to: commercial access control, CCTV systems, Crestron, Generac, etc.

Qualifications of the Field Service Manager:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service management or a related leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting A/V and System Access installation and maintenance initiatives
  • Valid Driver''s License

Compensation for the Field Service Manager:

  • $110,000-$130,000 (based on experience)
