The mission
Minimize downtime for contractors, municipalities, and fleet operators by delivering expert, on-site repairs with speed, accuracy, and safety.
What challenges will you tackle?
- Unravel advanced diagnostics on heavy-duty diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems (CAN bus, ECM), plus medium- and light-duty units.
- Execute engine overhauls, rebuilds, and intricate component repairs.
- Use OEM literature, service manuals, and advanced scan tools to find root causes fast.
- Operate cranes and specialty gear to complete high-stakes maintenance safely.
- Mentor junior techs and translate technical findings into clear customer guidance.
- Capture thorough documentation and drive improvements in safety and performance.
What you’ll bring day one
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5–10+ years in heavy equipment, diesel, or hydraulic repair.
- Mastery of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical fundamentals.
- Hands-on strength with complex diagnostics and repairs (CAN bus, ECM).
- A full, professional tool set fit for field service.
- Strong organization; able to work autonomously under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Preferred advantages
- ASE T2–T8 or Master Diesel Technician credentials.
- Leadership experience (lead tech, supervisor, or shop manager).
- Proven results in mobile/field operations.
- Polished communication and job-site leadership with customers.
