High school diploma or GED required. Texas Class C driver's license required. Must maintain satisfactory driver's license requirements in accordance with State, City of Richardson, and department rules and regulations. Must be able to perform job duties in various work environments and weather conditions. Must be able to courteously deal with customers in difficult situations and make effective decisions. Must have willingness and ability to carry out oral and written directions. Must be detail oriented and accurate in meter reading. Must be self-motivated. Must be able to function as an effective and productive member of a small team.
