What You'll Do + Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles + Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field + Document work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns clearly and promptly + Recommend improvements pertaining to reliability, performance, and long-term operation + Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner and problem solver, not just a service call + Assist in training customers and Stiles service representatives on proper equipment use and maintenance + Maintain showroom equipment and assist with customer demos as needed + Continuously develop your skills and knowledge of the technology you're working on while working alongside vendor technicians and experienced Stiles team members + Regional travel averaging four days per week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement What You Can Expect from Stiles + Competitive pay + A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement options + Nationally accredited training programs, ongoing technical development, and clear paths for career growth within and outside of service + A team that understands the demands of field service because many of our leaders have been service representatives themselves + Prompt overtime and mileage reimbursement What You'll Need + A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly + A flexible schedule and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism + Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands-on experience, a related associate's degree, or a willingness to learn + Prior experience in CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation or completion of a Field Service training program Why You Should Apply Because here, your work matters to customers, to your teammates, and to your future.
