    About Steele Solutions Inc.

Steele Solutions Inc. is the nation's leading designer and manufacturer of steel work platforms and mezzanines supporting automation and material handling systems across the U.S. Through our new and rapidly growing Automation Division (SSI Automation), we deliver intelligent, turnkey controls and automation solutions that reduce risk, accelerate deployment, and drive reliable performance.

    About the Role

The Field Service & Site Execution Manager is a hybrid leadership and individual-contributor role responsible for leading SSI's field service execution and on-site electrical/controls installation oversight for automation projects. This role manages SSI field technicians and directs third-party installation partners at customer sites to ensure work is executed safely, to specification, on schedule, and with strong quality discipline. This individual serves as SSI's on-site execution leader for electrical and controls scope during installation, qualification, turnover, troubleshooting, and early operational support. The role requires strong technical depth in industrial controls and electrical systems, combined with practical field leadership, subcontractor coordination, customer-facing communication, and disciplined documentation. This is a player-coach role. In addition to leading field execution, the Field Service & Site Execution Manager is expected to contribute directly in the field during critical activities, issue resolution, startup support, installation troubleshooting, quality checks, and customer escalation situations.*TRAVEL: 60-80% / Variable, dependent on site location
