Job Title: Field Service Specialist
Location: Baton Rouge, LA(Onsite)
Type of Hire: Contract - W2
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $40/hr on W2

We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support customer accounts by coordinating field service operations, managing technician activities, and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role combines customer service, operational coordination, and laboratory support to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities of field service technicians and assigned customer accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure excellent service.
  • Collect samples and perform basic laboratory testing and analysis.
  • Maintain service documentation, reports, and operational records.
  • Support process improvements while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with field personnel, laboratory staff, and account management teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, customer service, account management, laboratory operations, or a related industry.
  • Experience with sample collection and laboratory analysis/testing.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field preferred.
  • Oilfield Services experience and TWIC Card are preferred but not required.
