What You'll Do

rn

As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you'll be the face of our Service team-providing technical support and on-site service that keeps our customers' instruments running at peak performance.

rn

You will:

rn

rn

  • Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems. rn
  • Support customers both on-site and remotely (via phone, email, Teams). rn
  • Manage a dynamic schedule across the territory. rn
  • Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication. rn
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experience. rn

What You Bring

rn

rn

  • BS/BA in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline. rn
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience repairing laboratory instrumentation. rn
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. rn
  • Strong time management and the ability to work independently. rn
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and occasionally outside the territory in the South Region. rn

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience traveling for field service work. rn
  • Familiarity with process-based applications. rn
  • Candidates with strong computer literacy and experience using common business or industry-specific software rn
