What will you do? Make an impact!Join Tradebe as a Field Services Supervisor and lead industrial cleaning projects at customer sites. This is a working supervisor position and a great opportunity for field service professionals who enjoy hands-on work, leadership responsibilities, and variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities- Supervise field technicians and oversee day-to-day project execution at customer sites
- Ensure compliance with EHS, OSHA, and DOT regulations and promote a strong safety culture
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and resources
- Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and ensure quality service delivery
- Operate and oversee use of specialized equipment such as water blasters, excavators, and jetting tools
- Maintain project documentation, logs, and required reports accurately
- Perform hands-on cleanup work, including waste removal, sampling, and site remediation
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a TWIC card
- At least 1 year of experience supervising tank cleaning or similar industrial projects
- Experience working in chemical plants, refineries, or similar environments
- Ability to read and follow SOPs, manifests, and safety documentation
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and emergency response
- Able to wear a full-face respirator (clean shaven) and work in confined spaces with physical demands

depending on factors such as your location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that the top end of the range is not guaranteed.
