The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned security sites and ensuring security personnel provide exceptional service to clients. This position conducts field inspections, supports security officers, resolves operational issues, responds to emergencies, and works closely with management to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate (Salary): $58,656 per year

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Security Officers assigned to multiple client locations.
  • Conduct routine and unannounced site inspections to ensure officers are in proper uniform, on post, and following post orders.
  • Respond to client concerns, employee issues, and emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all security personnel comply with company policies, client expectations, and state licensing requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, call-offs, and staffing shortages as needed.
  • Train, coach, and mentor Security Officers on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Complete incident reports, inspection reports, disciplinary documentation, and other required reports accurately and timely.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective action when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with Operations Management regarding staffing, performance concerns, and client needs.
  • Assist with field training of newly hired Security Officers.
  • Monitor officer performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure all assigned equipment, uniforms, and company property are properly maintained.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the security, law enforcement, military, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience supervising 60+ security officers across multiple client sites preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Active state security license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods.
  • Ability to patrol client properties and conduct site inspections.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Frequent travel between client locations using a company or personal vehicle.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office and field work.
  • Frequent travel to multiple client sites throughout the assigned territory.
  • May be required to work outside normal business hours to respond to emergencies, staffing shortages, or client needs.
  • Must be available to carry a company phone and respond to urgent operational matters when on call.
