NYC Field Service Supervisor
Location: New York City, NY
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000

FlexTG is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor, Production Print Specialist, or Tier 3 Technician to lead our field service team across New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical expert looking to grow their leadership career while making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and team success.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians
- Support escalated technical issues and complex customer challenges
- Conduct ride-alongs, technician coaching, and site visits
- Monitor team productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, territory coverage, PTO, and time approvals
- Support onboarding and development of new technicians
- Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer retention and growth
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience servicing copiers, printers
- 1+ years of experience servicing production print equipment
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues
- Working knowledge of print, scan, and network connectivity
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Service Supervisor or leadership experience
- Canon Production experience
- Canon A+ Certification
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or training technicians
Leadership Pathway
Candidates without formal supervisory experience will be considered if they have experience as a:
- Production Print Specialist
- Tier 3 Technician
- Senior Technician
- Technical Lead or Mentor
NYC Market Requirements
- Travel throughout New York City, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island and surrounding areas
- Comfortable using public transportation, including subways, trains, and buses
- Frequent customer site visits and field support activities

- High School Diploma or equivalent
