Travel to customer sites to install and service Automated Bioassay Instruments and Equipment, provide training for end users, troubleshoot PLCs, and maintain positive customer relations.

• Control Interfaces, CPU and Displays

• Visit customer laboratory sites and install and commission service new equipment.

• Perform routine or emergency maintenance on equipment, including pick and place robots or similar.

• Program, update, and demonstrate use of PLCs for customers.

• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components of bioassay equipment.

• Repair, replace, or update parts as needed.

• Provide phone assistance for technical support and handling customer complaints.
