What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain waterproofing, dehumidification, and water mitigation systems on-site
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak performance
- Read and interpret schematics for effective system diagnostics and repairs
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Serve as a key communication link between operations teams and customer
- Collaborate with sales and operations staff to improve customer service and identify client needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license required
- Some mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally
- Welding experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Construction or field service experience a plus
