What Youll Do Work directly with the growers to manage service needs on the job site such as calibrating fertilizer and spray rigsOperate Custom Sprayer & Tractor in the fieldTow deliver and operate equipment Equipment troubleshooting repair and maintenanceLoad and deliver product to designated fieldsPerform daily vehicle inspection and maintains facility yardManage many different customers service needsCommunicate as a team playerComply with all policies regulations & record keepingWork overtime during busy season as neededPerform other duties as assigned What Youll Bring High School diplomaGED or demonstrated experience in vocational agricultural or a combination of education and work experienceValid Class A License with Hazmat Endorsement or ability to obtainMechanical skills and experience Previous agricultural experience preferredCompensation & Benefits .The estimated salary that Indeed Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutriens compensation structure. The salary range for this role in Mettler CA location is between 19.50 - 26.00. While we provide this range as general guidance several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including but not limited to candidate skill set experience and training licensure and certifications work location and other business and organizational needs.
