Field Service Technician

Your skills\n\n 2+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or print/hardware environments\n Hands-on experience supporting printers, peripherals, and end-user hardware\n Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking\n Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\n Familiarity with Windows OS and common enterprise applications\n Strong communication and customer service skills\n Experience working in field or client-facing support environments is preferred\n This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $ 22 - $23 USD based on experience and skillsets.\n \nYour tasks\n \nKey Responsibilities: \n\n Provide onsite IT support for printers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals \n \n\n Diagnose and resolve hardware, print, and software issues \n \n\n Install, configure, and maintain printers and IT hardware systems \n \n\n Support device deployments, refreshes, and project rollouts \n \n\n Maintain accurate service records, asset tracking, and inventory \n \n\n Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management \n \n\n* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand \n \n\n \nBe part of us\n \nHemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments, with a focus on printers, desktops, laptops, and hardware.
