A leading industrial machinery manufacturer is seeking multiple Field Service Technicians to support customers across North America. These positions are responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and startup of advanced CNC machine tools in manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for individuals with CNC machining, machine tool, automation, electro-mechanical, or OEM service experience who enjoy hands-on technical work, travel, and problem solving in fast-paced production environments.
Install and commission CNC machine tools at customer facilities
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair activities on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
Respond to machine downtime events and provide break/fix support to restore production equipment Conduct machine startups, calibrations, testing, and performance verification
Interface directly with customers, distributors, operators, and maintenance teams
Document service activities and communicate technical findings
Support preventative maintenance efforts and equipment optimization initiatives
Travel extensively to customer locations throughout North America

4+ years of professional experience with a combination of the following: CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Fanuc Controls, Mitsubishi Controls, Siemens Controls, Bosch Control Systems, Servo systems and drives, Precision machine tools
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery in manufacturing environments • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport if needed
• Open to 90+% travel, all across the US
