Job Title: Field Service Technician Department: Cortex Service Reports To: Cortex Field Service Manager Exemption: Hourly Non-Exempt: Territory: Cleveland Metro to include our Michigan accounts, Northern Ohio across the top of the state, and east to Erie, PA.

Summary --------

The Garment Field Service Technician is responsible for providing both onsite and remote service for Cintas apparel dispensing machines. Additionally, the technician will assist with installations within the Cleveland Territory.

Minimum Requirements to Perform Duties --------------------------------------

• Provide onsite and remote service for Cintas apparel dispensing machines within a 5-hour radius from home base, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, network verification, and software upgrades. • Available for emergency service calls during nights and weekends, rare. • Coordinate visits with the Field Service Coordinator, Cintas service location partners, and end customers. • Develop and maintain relationships with Cintas partners and end customers. • Execute installation of apparel dispensing machines, including unloading, reassembly, network verification, and final checkout when within territory. • Provide onsite training to Cintas MAMs, SSRs, and end users. • Prepare and submit service logs and expense reports for travel expenses in a timely manner. • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in documentation and reporting in systems such as Salesforce, MaintainX, and Outlook.

Travel Requirements -------------------

• Travel within territory 3-4 weeks per month with half of the trips not requiring overnight stays. Some jobs may require week-long stays. Rare

Qualifications --------------

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. • Basic understanding of computer operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting. • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills both within the team and with customers.

Education and Experience ------------------------

• High School Diploma required; technical diploma or degree preferred. • Field service experience is strongly preferred.

Language Skills ----------------

• Proficient in verbal and written English.

Mathematical Skills -------------------

• Basic arithmetic skills.

Reasoning Ability ------------------

• Ability to identify and quickly solve work process problems.

Physical Demands -----------------

• Stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor. • Kneel, squat, stoop, recline, climb, crawl, and/or bend as needed. • Adjust visual focus. • Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted or without lifting device.
