Your impact

• Own safe, high-quality repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer-owned equipment.
• Use laptops/tablets to create and manage work orders, track service intervals, and order parts efficiently.
• Travel to customer job sites; maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.
• Document all work thoroughly and on time.
• Share knowledge by assisting in training less-experienced technicians.
• Help with equipment/parts pick-up and delivery.
• Apply OSHA know-how (preferred) and follow company safety practices.
• Jump in on other duties as needed.

Schedule & pay

• Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; overtime after 40 hours.
• On-call rotation with extra compensation.
• Salary range: $19.50/hr - $42.00/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.

What we’re looking for

• Own the tools for the job and bring advanced mechanical aptitude.
• Deep knowledge of construction equipment and comfort reading schematics.
• Excellent customer service and strong written/verbal communication.

Credentials

• High school diploma; trade school preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; 21+ to operate a company vehicle.

Physical requirements

• Stand, move, bend, and stoop freely; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some customer sites require Field Technicians to be clean shaven.
