    Integrated Scale Systems is a well established and expanding company specializing in the sales and service of industrial weighing equipment. It also serves as the hardware service support arm of Valdata Systems, a leader in chemical management software systems.

    Who You Are:

    Integrated Scale Systems, a supplier of industrial weighing equipment and instrumentation, is currently seeking to hire a Field Service Technician with excellent troubleshooting skills.

    What You'll Do:
    • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial weighing equipment.
    • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues.
    • Provide on-site technical support and assistance to customers across multiple locations.
    • Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and drawings related to industrial weighing equipment.
    • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to a diverse clientele.
    • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency through ongoing training and development.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
    What You Bring:
    • Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds several hundred times a day.
    • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
    • Reliable transportation to the shop during the training period.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and drawings.
    • Experience with PC/Windows operating systems (wireless/wired networking knowledge is a plus).
    • Willingness to work overtime and travel throughout the designated regions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Capacity to work independently and unsupervised to accomplish assigned tasks.
    • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

    Schedule: Standard hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
