Job Description
This position provides on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for an autonomous airport inspection robot deployed at major airports. You will work independently in the field, ensuring reliable operation of advanced automation equipment while delivering exceptional service to customers. The role combines hands-on mechanical, electrical, and software work with direct customer interaction and close collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Work Environment
You primarily work on-site at Atlanta and Dallas airports, supporting autonomous inspection robots in active aviation environments. The role involves regular travel, including a 2–4 week training period in Norway and alternating periods of approximately three months in Atlanta and three months in Dallas. While in the U.S., you typically follow a regular Monday–Friday day shift. The environment is highly technical and operational, involving close interaction with airport infrastructure, automation systems, PLCs, and control software. You work around live airport operations, so you follow site-specific safety procedures and security protocols at all times. The position combines office-based tasks such as documentation and reporting with hands-on work on the equipment in the field, often requiring flexibility to move between different parts of the airport and adapt to varying conditions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $115000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
