      Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on -site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>

      Detail -oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on -site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>

      Key Qualifications:<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>
      • Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment is extremely beneficial. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three -phase wiring.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to conduct installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, repairs and provide recommendations. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Maintain up -to -date training while providing remote support.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Excellent customer service skills and communication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
