Key Responsibilities/Duties:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Hisense televisions and home appliances at customers homes. Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to ensure outstanding customer experience. Complete service reports, repair documentation, and parts requests accurately using mobile applications. Maintain high standards of service quality, first-time fix performance, and customer satisfaction. Manage assigned service inventory and return defective parts as required. Participate in technical training programs and certification courses provided by Hisense. Follow all company service procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the United States. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently in a field service environment. EPA Certification and fridge sealed system repair ability.

At least 3 years of experience repairing televisions, major appliances, or consumer electronics. Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, and electronic components are preferred. Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and service management applications.

• Compensation is based on location and experience.
