Rapid and sustained growth has us seeking a Field Service Technician to be a part of our Technical Support team.Our work environment includes:Modern office settingGrowth opportunitiesWellness programsEdge Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to work in the Southeast region.Qualifications:Related service technician experience of two through five years or equivalent certified technical training on industrial equipment that utilizes PLC/HMI driven motion controlAbility to effectively communicate with the customer and professionally represent the company are critical requirementsKnowledge of industrial electronics, wiring, and electro-mechanical troubleshootingKnowledge of CNC turning centers, specifically sliding headstock lathes, is a plusMust possess above-average computer skills and be able to use Windows and other software packages such as Salesforce LightningDuties:Participate in installation, repairs, and maintaining the equipment while adding value for the customerTravel on-site for troubleshooting any issues our customer has with machineryReceive briefing from fellow Technical Support associates prior to customer visit.
