We’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and help us deliver on the promises we make to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Perform service calls and repairs on windows and doors (adjustments, hardware replacement, weather-stripping, glass replacement, leak repairs, realignment, etc.)
- Diagnose issues on-site and provide professional solutions
- Complete warranty work and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and the office team
- Represent HomeRite with professionalism and respect for every home you enter
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in window and/or door service, repair, or installation (2+ years preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and safely on ladders and at heights
- Basic hand tools and willingness to learn our product lines
- Bonus points for experience with EIFS/stucco systems, impact windows/doors, or Florida building codes
