Responsibilities / Tasks

• Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service • Performs new machine installation, commissioning and customer training • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers • Ensures customer satisfaction through high quality service levels, prompt execution and customer follow up • Acts in a professional, courteous and business-like manner to enhance the company in the market place • ...

Your Profile / Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years working with mechanical equipment • Extensive Travel, up to 75% • Ability to work up to 12 hours at times • Availability for occasional weekend work • Understanding of Hand Tools and mechanical techniques • Computer Literate • Some technical writing skills • Ability to read Schematics, Diagrams and Technical manuals • Must be able to function well, in an unsupervised position • Must have a valid driver license • Must be able to discuss technically complex issues with non-technical people • Good organizational skills, particularly on site, are critical • A minimum of a High School education is required
