As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting Weber customers across North America and beyond.You will:Troubleshoot, repair, and service Weber equipment on-site️ Install new solutions and ensure full functionality per specicationsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and operational issues️ Serve as the communication link between customers and Weber teamsDocument service work accurately in Salesforce within 24 hours️ Travel extensively to customer sites (including Germany as needed)Communicate job status and updates with service leadershipRecommend future parts and service solutions to customersEnsure customers understand equipment operation and safety before departureProvide various customer training requirements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Associate degree or technical school diploma in electrical, mechanical maintenance, or related eld3+ years of eld service, packaging, or industrial maintenance experience, 5+ years preferredEquivalent education and experience considered️Travel RequirementsExtensive travel required based on customer needsFlexible schedule including nights or weekends when necessaryMust have a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Real ID-compliant drivers license or other TSA approved alternative form of identication required for travelValid passport or ability to obtain one

Technical Skills

Strong mechanical aptitudeElectrical, pneumatic, and machine shop experienceAbility to troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and operational systemsPreventative maintenance and problem-solving mindset

Professional Skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilitiesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionAbility to stay calm and professional in high-pressure environmentsStrong documentation and organizational skillsProciency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce, and Concur experience is a plusMaintain a business casual attire within the Weber Uniform PolicyWorking knowledge of managing expenses and expense reporting
