What Youll Do No two days are the same. Youll be out in the field helping people:

• Install, service, and repair Residential and Commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, ROs, and more).
• Work directly with customers, explaining what youre doing and building trust.
• Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance.
• Take pride in your work - keeping vehicles, tools, and job sites clean.
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new technical skills every day.

Whether youre new to the trade or a seasoned pro, well help you grow your skills and confidence.

What Were Looking For Were looking for people with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and care for customers.

• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge (a plus, not required)
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or similar trades (bonus)

No water treatment experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship so you can succeed and advance.
