Job SummaryRitz-Craft is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting homeowners, contractors, and service partners with the installation, repair, maintenance, and warranty-related service needs of our modular homes after construction. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while representing the Ritz-Craft brand in the field.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide professional service and support to customers during field visits and dispatched service calls.Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, inspection, and testing of home systems and components.Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Complete and submit accurate service reports, documentation, and required records.Document repair processes, findings, and corrective actions.Follow all company service procedures, safety policies, and operational protocols.Maintain effective communication with customers, contractors, and internal team members.Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate recommendations and explanations.Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional, courteous service.Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while traveling to customer locations.Ensure all assigned work is completed efficiently and to Ritz-Craft quality standards.Company OverviewRitz-Craft is the largest family-owned off-site modular home manufacturer in the United States.
