About The Role
This position involves performing on-site and in-house servicing, repair, and installation of our products. The role is essential for maintaining operational equipment that aligns with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process inspections at subcontractor facilities.
- Provide technical support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Act as the primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures.
- Determine the most cost-effective repair or resolution.
- Prepare detailed service reports for internal and external customers.
- Perform general maintenance tasks and resolve less complex problems immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Proficient in English literacy.
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Ability to use typical hand and power tools.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing work environment.
Work Environment
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
