We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Field Technicians to join our dynamic teams across various locations in Louisiana. Key Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional onsite and remote IT support, resolving new and escalated tickets efficiently. 
  • Administer and support cloud solutions such as Office 365, Azure AD, and other apps. 
  • Staging of hardware, including PCs, printers, networking equipment, phones, and specialized devices. 
  • Perform hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting, including PCs, printers, networking equipment, phones, and specialized devices. 
  • Manage Active Directory, group policies, network configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and server administrations (Windows Server 2012 and above). 
  • Implement and support networking technologies, including firewalls, switches, and APs. 
  • Assist with project solutioning, implementation, and maintenance tasks, ensuring the best outcomes for clients. 
  • Travel to client sites as required, providing timely and effective solutions to technical problems. 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (preferred). 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint Administration, VMWare, and Windows Server Environments. 
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills across a variety of hardware and software. 
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with networking hardware. 
  • Solid understanding of VoIP concepts and experience with phone system programming and hardware. 
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 
  • Certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, Azure, or similar are highly regarded. Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. 
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation for travel to client sites
