Field Service Technicians are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through installing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on compressed air equipment. As Field Service Technician, you will:Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilitiesInspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilitiesConsult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairsDocument work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely mannerCoordinate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate service to customersOther tasks as needed or assignedAbout YouThe Field Service Technician opportunity may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentDriver's License with clear Motor Vehicle Record2+ years' industrial equipment maintenance experience Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skillsEffective written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal / customer service skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently Keen attention to detailThe Field Service Technician opportunity may be an ideal match for you if you also have the following qualifications:1+ years' compressed air system maintenance experience1+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experienceEPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) CertificationASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification
