Field Service Technician – Paid Training + Company Vehicle | $56K–$65K

Like working independently, solving problems, and being out in the field instead of stuck in one building all day?

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician to install and work with commercial dishwashing equipment throughout Indianapolis.

You'll travel to customer locations, troubleshoot problems, work hands-on with equipment, and interact directly with customers.

No commercial dishwasher experience required. We'll train you on our equipment.

What You'll Do

• Travel to restaurant and commercial customer locations
• Install and set up commercial equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues
• Work with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components
• Use hand and power tools
• Test equipment and solve problems in the field
• Work independently while managing your daily responsibilities
• Communicate directly with customers and train them on their equipment

Your Experience

We're especially interested in backgrounds such as:

• Field or route service
• Facilities, apartment, or building maintenance
• Equipment service
• Appliance installation or repair
• Cable, internet, or utility service
• HVAC or plumbing
• Automotive service
• Other hands-on service or maintenance roles

Your industry can be different. What matters is your ability to troubleshoot, work independently, use tools, and provide great customer service.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on service, maintenance, mechanical, or similar experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working independently and interacting with customers
• On-call rotation approximately every 7–8 weeks
