Field Service Technician – Paid Training & Company Vehicle

$26/hr Starting Pay | $64K–$74K Anticipated First-Year Earnings | Vista, CA

Do you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting problems, and working independently in the field?

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician to join our Vista team. This is a hands-on service and route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the area while preparing you to eventually manage your own customer route.

You'll work directly with commercial dishwashing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, deliver products, solve customer issues, and build relationships with the businesses you service.

No commercial dishwashing experience? That's okay. We provide paid, hands-on training. We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, comfortable working with customers, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do

• Service customers along an established route
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical equipment issues
• Restock and deliver chemical products to customer locations
• Build relationships with restaurant and commercial customers
• Communicate with customers about equipment and service needs
• Manage your daily schedule and work independently in the field
• Drive a company-provided vehicle during business hours
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule after training

Who We're Looking For

You don't need experience with our specific equipment. We're looking for someone with mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

Experience in areas such as automotive repair, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, installation, construction, delivery/service routes, or other hands-on mechanical work can translate well into this position.

You'll also interact with customers every day, so we're looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and comfortable building relationships while solving problems.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay: $26/hour
• Anticipated first-year earnings: $64,000–$74,000, based on a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• On-call rotation approximately every 4 weeks
• Company-provided vehicle during business hours
• Company phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
