SIGNIFICANT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Install, troubleshoot, tune, and repair a variety of analyzers and instrumentation which implement: 

• Gene expression and SNP detection assays.

• High-throughput sequencing.

• Amplification and sequencing of DNA and RNA.

• Measurement of protein-protein interactions.

• Assessment of small molecule binding.

• Antibody microarrays.

• Screening of large protein libraries.

• Antibody profiling.

• Capture of analytes of interest.

• Profiling of multiple antibody isotypes and subclasses.

• Analysis of tissue and biofluid samples.

• Observation and recording of cellular responses against panels of materials.

• Assay chemical compounds for specific activities.

Activities: 

• Install, maintain, and repair automated robotic assay and bioassay systems in client research laboratories.

• Diagnose problems with equipment line and recommend best-fit solutions including replacement of worn parts, upgrade of software, or repair of broken components.

• Act as key maintenance and technical expert for clients and junior service technicians.
