Reports to: Operations Manager
Status: Part-time (20--30 hrs/week) or seasonal
Summary:
Front-line role welcoming guests and enhancing their stay with local recommendations and personal service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests, offer property orientation
- Respond to inquiries, special requests, or complaints
- Recommend and book tours, restaurants, or activities
- Support communication via text, phone, or email
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge of the local area
- Hospitality or customer service background preferred
