Field Service Technician

Sea Star Fitness is hiring mechanically-minded Field Service Technicians to diagnose and repair fitness equipment. If you have a background in Auto Repair, HVAC, Appliances, or Cable Installation, your skills will perfectly transfer and we will train you on our equipment.

What You Will Do

• Preventative care, Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on commercial and residential fitness equipment.
• Electrical Testing: Use a multimeter to test voltage, resistance, and continuity.
• Route Management: Drive your provided company car on a full daily route, manage parts inventory, and submit digital work orders.
• Customer Service: Act as the professional face of Sea Star Fitness with homeowners and gym managers.

Requirements & Core Skills

• Transferable Experience: Strong background in Auto Repair, HVAC, Appliance Repair, Cable Installation, or general mechanical maintenance.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to use basic hand tools and multimeters for electrical troubleshooting.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR) is required to operate the company vehicle.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable kneeling, bending, and safely lifting 50+ pounds.
