MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner Field Service Technician to add to our Rochester, MN team. This customer-facing role will travel within their assigned territory to install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair MSI Metro Sales Inc. equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: • Install Maintain Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment within a specified territory. • Schedule service calls with clients. • Maintain and properly document inventory and required service paperwork. • Punctuality is key in service; it is critical to maintain accurate on-time scheduled appointments. • Adhere to MSI Metro Sales Inc.s service policies and procedures. • Provide technical support for all certified equipment on Clients site. • Complete assigned training and certifications. • May lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs occasionally. • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Comptia Net or equivalent. Clean driving record. Valid Drivers License. Participate in the After-Hours Service Program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to organize and schedule time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications: Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
