Summary: 

• Creates emergent removal paperwork to install or replace parts at the Airframer.

• Reports quality issues to appropriate parties within the organization and analyzes discovered quality issues with mechanics.

• Adds all quality assurance issues to appropriate tracking documents or systems.

• Verifies team's time sheet for accuracy prior to submittal to Manager.

• Reviews Airframer Production Reports weekly to maintain and keep team members up to date regarding Seat on dock, receiving inspections, seat installation, and other key milestone dates.

• References CMMs, drawings, PQS, and installation documents to find solutions to resolve issues.

• Reads and interprets electrical drawings, MSDS sheets, maintenance manuals, product specifications, and service bulletins.

• Performs rework on different seat class types including electrical troubleshooting, painting, decal and cosmetic repairs.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree in a related technical field preferred).

• 6 years of Technical Field Service or technical experience related to the aerospace industry.

• Natural mechanical ability with hand and power tools.

• Experience referencing CMMs, drawings, PQS, and installation documents to resolve issues.

• Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, MSDS sheets, maintenance manuals, product specifications, and service bulletins.

• Experience reworking different seat class types including electrical troubleshooting, painting, decal and cosmetic repairs.

• Good overall knowledge of Computer and MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
