    Description

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree or Equivalent in work experience preferred.
    • 1-2 years of related Field Service experience.
    • Familiarity with PC Operating systems (Win10) and basic networking.
    • Prior experience with Allen Bradley PLC (Logix5000, SLC, Control and Compact Logix), XML edits, SQL Database file access/scripts, and troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of factory automation equipment such as motors, VFDs, and analog circuits.
    • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
    • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
    • Ability to work independently, climb stairs, and operate in dusty environments.

    Responsibilities

    • Project manage, coordinate, and plan onsite work efforts with plant personnel, electricians, IT staff, and other stakeholders for customer projects.
    • Provide remote and onsite support for installed systems requiring technical service assistance.
    • Assist in testing and training customers on custom end-user software.
    • Initiate routine communication with customers to assess satisfaction and log follow-up actions.
    • Perform software ladder edits, transfer files, and install updates using remote access tools.
