This role travels extensively and for extended periods of time both domestically and internationally.What You'll DoIn the office (between trips): assist on shop floor assembling the equipment you'll be onsite installing and servicing. Help prepare service quotes, support customers by phone on installed equipment, and build detailed plans for upcoming installs.On-site: supervise equipment installations and the crews involved (in-house, customer, and outside contractors), train customer staff on operating and maintaining Globe equipment, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and keep customers and your manager updated with clear daily reports.What You Bring5+ years of related experience in field service, installation, maintenance, or repairComfort reading blueprints and electrical/pneumatic schematicsAllen Bradley or Siemens PLC experience (a strong plus, not a dealbreaker)Working knowledge of AutoCAD strongly preferred Highly proficient with Microsoft Office requiredBackground in material handling equipment, wood products, or paper industries (nice to have)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use hand/power/precision tools, and work independently with minimal supervisionA valid passport or willingness to obtain one, and ability to get a TWIC card.
