Globe Machine Manufacturing is located in Tacoma, WA yet remote roles are available. This role travels extensively and for extended periods of time both domestically and internationally.
In the office (between trips): assist on shop floor assembling the equipment you'll be onsite installing and servicing. Help prepare service quotes, support customers by phone on installed equipment, and build detailed plans for upcoming installs.
On-site:supervise equipment installations and the crews involved (in-house, customer, and outside contractors), train customer staff on operating and maintaining Globe equipment, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and keep customers and your manager updated with clear daily reports.
