Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our team as a Process Analytics Field Service Technician! In this key role, you will independently perform calibration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on process analytics sensors, transmitters, and TOC analyzers. You'll support customer uptime by ensuring equipment reliability and may assist with installations and project work. Key responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing complex analytical instruments
• Performing calibrations and preventative maintenance following company procedures and customer requirements
• Providing basic end-user training and resolving first-line customer concerns
• Collaborating with scheduling and service support teams to meet targets and control expenses
• Maintaining accurate inventory and complying with safety and quality standards
• Promoting service offerings and submitting sales leads
• Ensuring company vehicle maintenance and timely completion of all paperwork using company systems

What You Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED; technical education or experience in engineering, electronics, instrumentation, or related fields preferred
• 2-4 years' experience in process analytics field service and hands-on mechanical experience in electromechanical or pneumatic systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-facing experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel up to 80-100%
• Candidates must live in the state of Texas

This position is considered safety sensitive and is subject to drug testing as permitted by law.

The Process Analytics division within METTLER TOLEDO (www.mt.com/pro) produces analytical measurement solutions for industrial manufacturing processes, allowing manufacturing companies to better control their production through at-line, on-line or in-line analytical measurements.
