Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Field Service Technician to join a growing team in Tulsa, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems independently, and working directly with customers in the field.

Required Experience & Skills
Strong mechanical and/or technical aptitude REQUIRED
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid driver s license with acceptable driving record REQUIRED
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are a must
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical equipment issues and determine solutions
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
Document service work, repairs, parts usage, and customer interactions accurately
Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and service updates professionally with customers
Safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Maintain service vehicle, tools, equipment, and parts inventory
Follow all company safety procedures and customer site requirements
Travel to customer locations as required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous field service or equipment maintenance experience
Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or HVAC systems
Background servicing industrial or commercial equipment
Technical certifications or formal training preferred
Work Environment
Field-based role with regular travel to customer locations
Exposure to equipment, tools, industrial environments, and varying weather conditions
Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, climbing, and extended movement
PPE required based on jobsite and task requirements
