Must possess the ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment. Desired skills included web handling experience, electrical and mechanical aptitude, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, always be courteous and professional, have a passport, clean driving record and willingness to travel.

About the role
As a Field Service Technician, you will work to proficiently install and maintain a diverse array of AB equipment onsite, offering comprehensive operator training and diligent post installation support. ABG equipment range; Vectra, Omega, Digicon, Enprom and/or additional lines may be required. You will expertly troubleshoot all aspects of the AB Graphic equipment, addressing mechanical, electrical (both high and low voltage AC/DC), and software related issues both onsite and remotely via phone. While not engaged in customer site visits, you will be efficiently handling calls, resolving customer queries, and contributing to the refurbishment of inhouse equipment. This list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to carry out other reasonable tasks at your manager's request
This role will require travel up to 85% of the year, domestically and internationally, work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules. One will conduct service and warranty visits to customer sites across the USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, diagnosing and executing onsite repairs.
