Field Service Technician, working directly with our team as well as local contractors, focusing on Startup/Commissioning and Service for all our equipment’s.
There is a 50% - 75% travel requirement within the United States.
We are looking for someone who is a detail-oriented individual who is goal-oriented with a foundational knowledge of HVAC.
This individual should have good written and verbal communication skills.
The Service Technician needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
The right person can work both independently and with a team.

Job Responsibilities
Manage Preventative Maintenance and Service schedules.
Perform on-site quality Control for the installation of our products
Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients
Be available to take emergency issues when on call.
Monitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule
Collaboration with different departments within the company for product development and improvement
Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of our equipment.
50% - 75% travel requirement within the United States.
