Role Overview

The Field Service Technician is responsible for on-site equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs. This hands-on role ensures safe, efficient service while representing ASC's commitment to quality and professionalism. Technicians work closely with the coordination team, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate job documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field assignments including equipment installation, troubleshooting, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and customer site requirements.
• Communicate job progress and issues in real-time using tools like Discord and Zuper.
• Submit accurate documentation including receipts, photos, and field notes.
• Use and maintain ASC-issued tools and PPE responsibly.
• Report job completion promptly via Discord.
• Maintain company vehicles and return tools in good condition.
• Collaborate with Senior Technicians and Field Supervisors on complex or high-priority tasks.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or technical service roles.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for out-of-town assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Experience with Zuper, Discord, or similar job management platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles (if authorized).
