Your New Role

• Work as a Field Service Technician based in Naperville, Illinois, serving customers throughout the local area.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential water treatment systems.

• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs at customer locations.

• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and water quality.

• Recommend products or system upgrades when they meet customer needs.

• Deliver professional, reliable customer service during every visit.

• Required to report in Barrington every day until capable of starting from home most of the week

• Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools.

• Experience with plumbing, water systems, appliance repair, HVAC, or a related mechanical field is preferred.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
